Support Agreement

This agreement is to ensure a transparent, healthy and successful experience with all Sacred Cryptology companies and services to include Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais services. In this agreement Sacred Cryptology, Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais and all Sacred Cryptology services maybe referred to as ‘our services’, ‘our’, ‘us’ and/or ‘we.’

We are a Christ based and Holiness centered organization, not affiliated with any particular religion, religious sect, political party or group.  We believe in building a connection with the Holy Spirit. We do not sponsor any particular social, racial or caste system or designation, as we encourage oneness and invite individuals of all backgrounds and experiences to partake in our services. We promote each individual to find their own Spiritual connection based on their personal experience.

A healthy relationship between Coaches, Clients, customers, employees, and all members of Sacred Cryptology services (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) is imperative to our business. We strive to create an enjoyable experience for all of our friends, family, partners and confidants. Our services would not be possible without you, and we truly appreciate each individual’s dedication to the mission.

Overview:

Sacred Cryptology (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) provides personal guidance and coaching sessions for individuals seeking to balance their daily lives and maintain an elevated mindset. We offer guidance for an individual’s personal growth, as well as sessions and workshops for families and groups. Our services may use Spiritual guidance and Sacred wisdom to help bring clarity to an experience or circumstance. Our coaching practices may involve an interaction with energies and a deeper communication with the inner self. All discussions during sessions are confidential however, certain matters may be encouraged or required to seek legal, medical or professional advice from outside parties. Victory Coaching is not responsible for the outcome or results of any personal decision or conclusion made by clients, members and guests before, during or after sessions.

Sacred Cryptology services (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) Coaching's Coaches and Support Specialists offer encouragement and guidance regarding a clients physical, mental and Spiritual development. Coaches are not required to be therapists, professional counselors or in the medical field and may not hold a degree in any specific area. Our Coaches are dedicated to supporting clients in achieving healthy goals, improving their life's journey and sustaining mental momentum. Our Coaches include experienced Advisors, Spiritual Healers, and professionals dedicated to encouraging and supporting the client’s success and mental greatness.

Standard Coaching Hours:

Standard Coaching times are between the hours of 5:00am and 9:00pm local time. Coaches are instructed not to contact Clients outside of standard Coaching hours, unless previously agreed upon between Coach and Client. Clients may or may not be asked to contact Coaches outside of standard Coaching hours based on the Coach or Support Specialist’s discretion.

Meeting Arrangements:

Coaching Sessions may be virtual or in person dependent on Coach and Client discretion. For in person meetings, we recommend meet up locations be in a public space or area easily accessed by the public, such as rented office space or public gyms. Should parties agree to meet in a personal or private location, Sacred Cryptology services (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) advises that all parties take appropriate safety measure, provide a friend or family member details of your location in case of emergency and both Coach and Client should ensure a level of trust where all parties feel safe. It is recommended that each subsequent meeting should be discussed, coordinated and confirmed before ending each session. The first session should be coordinated via initial virtual session. Coaches or Clients should never go to a new area, personal or private location to meet, unless previously agreed upon in the prior Session Coordination and both parties feel comfortable with the session arrangements. In case of a schedule alteration, any changes to meetings and session should be coordinated at least 24-48 hours prior to the session. Arrangements after the 24-hour coordination period is advised that the session be rescheduled or cancelled for a later date.

Safety Precautions:

Sacred Cryptology services (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) places the safety and well-being of each individual first. We want to ensure each member can trust who we are and find our services motivating and healing. Note that our Coaches may act as independent service providers, outside parties or volunteers. To maintain our values and the nature of goodness we represent, we ask all members remain vigilant in the support and protection of one another. Inform us of significant incidents and allow us the ability to alleviate problems within our ability or seek assistance as needed. If possible, we request individuals report any indecent or uncomfortable situation and give us the grace to resolve it in the most appropriate manner. Should a Coach or Client feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any point during their experience in a session during Coaching, we suggest all sessions be cancelled between that Coach and Client, once all individuals are in a secure/safe space. If Coach or Client feel in danger for their life or require immediate assistance by authorities, it is advised to contact local law enforcement immediately. Individuals are asked to report any adverse experience during sessions to Victory Coaching using the 'Contact' page.

Although we will do our best to resolve or alleviate any unpleasant experience, Sacred Cryptology services (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) will not be responsible for any adverse incident or experience that may occur between any party. Again, to help improve Sacred Cryptology services (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) and maintain safety for all Clients, Coaches, employees, volunteers and members, we ask each individual support our healing environment by staying vigilant and keeping us informed of indecency or unprofessional behavior.

Payment Options:

Sacred Cryptology services (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) conducts all payments electronically via our official websites. Services may require an upfront payment. All approved websites accepting payments can be found on our parent/holdings company site at www.SacredCryptology.com (sites include myvictorysessions.com; www.sabbathdais.org; and www.empoweredsessions.com). Our Coaches, Support Specialists, Healers and/or Advisors will never ask you for money or financial information, if financial information is required a link from the listed sites will be sent or clients and customers may be promoted to the website. Payments are collected on the day of your original payment agreement and an invoice maybe available approximately 48 hours in advance. If found eligible for late payments a Support Specialist will schedule or work out arrangements with the Client, late fees may apply. However, Victory Coaching reserves the right to immediately pause or cancel any service due to non-payment or late payment on an account. There are no refunds offered on any of our services.

Clients, customers and/or members can discontinue their membership or service with any of Sacred Cryptology services (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) at any time for any reason. Know that clients, customers and/or members will be responsible for any outstanding payments on an account or original agreement even after discontinuing membership(s). Sacred Cryptology services (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) reserves the right to discontinue any service or membership at any time for any reason. Should a Coach, Client or member not comply with the standards and guidelines outlined in this agreement they may be immediately expelled from membership(s) and refused access and/or services at any Sacred Cryptology (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) events and services.

Our primary mission is to support the healing, growth and aspirations of our members. We value our members and we the place the health and safety of each member as a top priority. All of Sacred Cryptology services (Victory Coaching, Empowered Sessions, Twealth Co and Sabbath Dais) promote love, truth, peace, and overall healing. We hope to inspire each member to grow with us and maintain a prosperous community.
